After working for over fifteen years in New York City's top beauty salons, and for the past three years from his studio home on Park Avenue, Paulo has become one of New York's most renowned makeup artists. Best known as the "Eyebrow Guru", he was given the "Best Contourist of 1999" award from New York magazine.

He has worked on celebreties and international top models such as Shalom Harlow, Naomi Campbell, Vandella, Pia Getty, Mia Tyler, Mrs. Tipper Gore, Susan St. James, etc, etc...

Paulo's clients include magazines, fashion, business, theatre, TV anchors and politicians. He has also been featured in various leading fashion magazines such as Red Book, W Magazine, In Style, NY Times Magazine, Manhattan File, Detour, Black Book, New York Magazine, Swedish and Italian Elle, American Baby, Latina and Amica. In addition to this, he will appear in the British edition of Citibank's "The Player Book" this year. This past holiday Paulo was also heard broadcasting various techniques for brows and makeup for Christmas and New Years.

Paulo spends much of his time involved in benefit and charity work including his help with the Millenium Dresses tour and exhibition for Loréal and the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
